Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns on defective/ misprinted items. Must be in original condition. No size/color exchanges.
Please Note: Due to our "print on demand" business model, we are unable to make any changes after an order has been placed. Please make sure the correct color & size are selected when placing your order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 10 business days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To report damages or issues, you can contact us at returns@sdcitylimit.com. Please provide the order number, description of issues, and include pictures. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
